Our process begins with listening. We need to understand your business, your needs, and your goals. Once we have done this, we assemble a project team with the appropriate mix of expertise, talent, and intangibles, to ensure that your project is attended to with the highest possible level of professionalism.

The project team will, in collaboration with you, draft design specifications. This detailed document addresses every aspect of your project, including graphic design issues, functionality requirements, hardware issues, marketing concerns, timeframes, and more. The design specifications are a roadmap and blueprint that will be followed for the life of the project. Once the design specifications are complete, the project team will commence with the design and coding of your project. We involve you at every step, soliciting feedback and answering questions about all aspects of the project to make sure that you are kept informed as to the status of the project, and to make sure that the solution we are developing for you does exactly what you expected.

The final phase of the project is delivery. With some projects delivery is as simple as uploading files to your ISP, or having CDs made for you. Larger projects may involve more, including site visits to install and configure hardware and software, and anything else necessary for the smooth deployment of your project.
